Francesca Valentini
Psychological Counsellor
For me, the mission to help people find their inner strength began a long time ago.
For many years, I lived and worked in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Morocco before making Zurich my home in 2019.
During this time, I earned two master's degrees and a Swiss Federal Diploma in Psychological Counseling. I then opened my practice in the center of Zurich, where I have been working with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds ever since.
As a therapist and psychological counsellor, my goal is to provide you with the tools to live a happy, fulfilling, and meaningful life.
I am currently in maternity leave and cannot accept new clients.

My name is Gregor. I am a psychologcial counselor & coach based in Zurich. I have been living and working in Germany and in the Netherlands, before opening my practice in Switzerland several years ago.
My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, discovering possibilities, and building the confidence to go for what they really desire.
My philosophy is centered around the belief that everyone has the potential to grow and lead a fulfilling life when given the right tools and support.
Those tools are for me Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and the St. Gallen Coaching Model (SCM). You can read more about my approach by clicking on the "more about me" button below.
My path has always been characterized by change. In my previous roles as a scientist and manager, I supported individuals and organizations to reorient themselves in a rapidly changing environment and to enable sustainable transformations.
Today, I accompany change processes on a personal level.
